Advised the Mayor as a member of the management team. Managed a department tasked for strategic planning, capital budgeting and programming, managed the technical review process, grant writing and administration, planning, community development, economic development, and construction management. Led interdepartmental initiatives, drafted and recommended regulations and ordinances, represented the Town on inter- governmental Committees and Boards, negotiated contracts, and managed permitting for Town initiatives.
